Trying something new can feel risky, so we offer a 60 Day Risk‑Free Trial for first‑time customers.

If you’re new to Modibodi, you can try one item from your first order. If it’s not right for you, we’ll provide a store credit or refund—no need to return the worn item.
 (Postage costs aren’t included.)

How it Works

1. The trial applies to one worn item from your first order only.
2. For future orders, the trial doesn’t apply—but unopened extra pairs can still be returned for a store credit or exchanged through our returns portal.
3. To make a Risk‑Free Trial claim, email our team at [email protected] with: 
   1. Your order number
   2. The product name
   3. Your reason for claiming
   4. Whether you prefer a refund or store credit
       We’ll review your request and contact you if we need more details.

What’s Not Included

The 60 Day Risk‑Free Trial does not apply to:

• Socks
